What a great visit! Thank you to Tony Openshaw and Out in the City for taking the group to this fascinating museum, to view such an evocative exhibition. As I said to my partner, “it’s not every day you go to a museum to see an exhibition about an event we were actually part of”. I actually recognised some of the nameless faces from the photographs and it instantly took me back to my twenties!
